Brunch is a delicious service, like a typical English lunch, served in a French style, dish by dish. The menu consists of incredible dishes with unparalleled flavors. We serve promptly at 12:00. We ask that you arrive promptly, as the food is fresh and prepared to be served on the spot. It is not possible to visit in advance. Service is from 12:00 to 13:00 for brunch and from 13:00 to 14:00 for visits.
Cancellation Policy
Scheduling, Cancellations and Rescheduling Policy 1. Scheduling - Scheduling must be done exclusively through the online platform, which is updated in real time. - Scheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance of the desired date to ensure availability. - At the time of booking, 50% of the total amount will be charged as a deposit. The remainder must be paid in person on the day of the service. 2. Cancellations - Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. - Cancellations after the deadline will not be refunded and the amount paid as a deposit will be retained as a reservation fee. 3. Rescheduling - Rescheduling can be requested up to 24 hours before the previously scheduled time, subject to the Castle's availability. - Requests made after this deadline cannot be honored, and the amount paid as a deposit will be lost. 4. General rules - Only children over 10 years old may access the venue, without exceptions, for safety reasons. - Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. - It is recommended to arrive 10 minutes in advance to avoid delays in the start of the service. - In case of no-show or cancellation request less than 24 hours in advance, the deposit amount will not be refunded, for the purpose of maintaining the schedule and occupancy thereof.
